Yupp, you caught me, I'm a big fan of scary movies... love all the classic series, like Halloween and Friday the 13th, and Nightmare on Elm Street... Scream is another of my favourites. Must admit, all of the above get watched VERY frequently at my house

This was a really quick painting, came together in about 2 hours, and the sketch took the majority of that time. I heard that Scream 4 has entered into pre-production, not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing... hopefully it will be done right!
For 'inspiration' purposes, I had to watch all three movies again lol... I actually really enjoyed painting this, so will probably get around to painting the other 'classic killers' such as Freddy, Jason, and Michael Myers.

Yes, the knife is out of focus, that was intentional.
Yes, the blood is 2D, also intentional.

In case you are wondering... the number 27 in the top right corner indicates the number of murders in the Scream series (including both victims and killers)... well, at least I'm pretty sure that's what the death toll was... correct me if I'm wrong
